Supporting Mums as They Rewrite Their Script.

Are you ready to stop surviving and start shining?

I know exactly what it feels like to lose confidence, to doubt your own worth, to try and hold a business and a family together while quietly falling apart behind the scenes. As a mum of four — diagnosed with ADHD during my pregnancy with baby number four, navigating postnatal depression, a critically ill newborn, almost losing my business, losing my home, and supporting my dad through a heart attack, all within 6 months — I reached a point where life felt like one long survival mode.

Despite loving personal development, despite doing “all the right things,” I still found myself shrinking, hiding, and questioning everything. Then, after yet another blow — a painful complaint during the hardest year of my life — I hit my enough moment. Enough hiding. Enough apologising. Enough pretending I wasn’t capable of more.

Right there, I decided to step into my own spotlight. To stand tall as a business owner, a mum, a woman who had been through hell and still chose to rise.

And in that rise, I realised something:
Mums don’t need more pressure — they need possibility. They need sisterhood, connection, a bit of woo woo, and a space that reminds them they are capable of absolutely anything.

That’s exactly why I created The Mindful Mums Club — a coaching community for mums who are ready to feel confident, supported, spiritually nourished, and empowered to live life on their own terms. A place where drama is replaced with genuine connection, where survival mode is replaced with self-belief, and where you are never expected to walk your journey alone.

If you’re ready to rise, reset, and reclaim your stage — this is your moment.
Welcome to The Mindful Mums Club.
